Luke + Allie | A Winter Wedding Downtown

It takes a special kind of couple to get married in the winter and withstand freezing temperatures for those dreamy shots. It takes an even stronger couple to roll with the punches of COVID for the wedding of their dreams! Well, Luke and Allie are both and I'm so impressed with how they handled everything this year has thrown at them!

Luke and Allie met through the ministry of Young Life, where they were busy loving God and loving people, but managed to squeeze in a little time to get to know each other ;). From start to finish, the very root of their love story was evident in every part of their wedding day. Even with all the changes they had to go through to get there, they were most excited to just get to celebrate with their people and have the day be a reflection of the Lord's goodness and love for us.

They are some of the most resilient, sweet, and genuine people I've had the pleasure of knowing and I'm so grateful I got to celebrate this beautiful day with them! With a rowdy, fun, and supportive bridal party, they were able to enjoy every second of their day at the Westin Columbus, a gorgeous historical venue known for its beautiful French architecture.

The open-aired feeling and midwest vibe of the venue made for the perfect backdrop to Luke and Allie's special moment and the romantic downtown Columbus newlywed shots afterward!

This winter wonderland was the most magical day and I'm so excited to see the path God brings this wonderful couple down in the years to come! Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Boyer!
